Nagarkurnool MP Constituency is reserved for Sheduled caste people, this Constituency is one of the most under developed constituency in India(acc to Indiatoday survey).

due to the constituency delimitation Alampur,Gadwal and Wanaparthy MLA segments were taken off from Mahabubnagar MP  constituency and attached to Nagarkurnool, while Parigi went with Chevella,  Jadcherla and Shadnagar merged with Mahabubunagar  MP constituency.

So finally Nagarkurnool has these MLA segments.
